【摘要】 目的:研究先天性缺牙患者应用口腔修复疗法的治疗效果。方法:选择2009-02~2016-01我院诊治的先天性缺牙患者120例,对所有患者均采取口腔修复治疗措施,主要包括常规检查、治疗方案制定、正畸治疗和修复治疗。根据治疗有效率及并发症发生率综合评价治疗效果,并分别在治疗前、后对患者进行咀嚼功能和语言功能评分,口腔外观满意度调查。结果:经过口腔修复治疗,患者的咀嚼功能和语言功能均得到了明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后的满意率明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);经过口腔修复治疗,46例治愈,35例显效,32例有效,7例无效,有效率为94.17%;7例出现并发症,并发症发生率为5.83%。结论:先天性缺牙患者采取口腔修复疗法,能明显改善口腔功能,提升牙齿美观程度,值得临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of oral repair therapy on patients with congenital missing teeth.Methods:A total of 120 patients with congenital missing teeth diagnosed in our hospital from February of 2009 to January of 2016 were selected.All patients were treated with oral repair measures,including routine inspection,formulation,orthodontic treatment and rehabilitation treatment.According to the treatment efficiency and incidence of complications,therapeutic effects were comprehensively evaluated.And chewing function and language function of patients were evaluated before and after treatment while degree of oral appearance satisfaction was investigated.Results:The function of chewing and language improved obviously after oral repair therapy(P<0.05).Degree of satisfaction was obviously higher after the treatment than before(P<0.05).After the oral repair therapy,46 cases were cured while 35,32,and7 cases showed apparent effect,some effect and no effect,respectively.The effective rate was 94.17%,7cases showed complications and the incidence of complications was 5.83%.Conclusion:Oral repair treatment can significantly improve the oral function and beautiful outlook of teeth in patients with congenital missing teeth,and is worthy of generalizing.更多还原
