【摘要】 目的:探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者外周血中Tfh细胞及相关细胞因子在MG发病中的作用。方法:收集40例MG患者和20例健康正常人外周血标本。采用流式细胞术检测外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中Tfh细胞比例;ELISA法检测血清中IL-21浓度;放射免疫沉淀法检测血清中抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AChR-Ab)滴度,并与Tfh细胞比例和IL-21水平进行相关性分析。结果:MG患者外周血中Tfh细胞比例、IL-21水平均较健康对照组显著增高,且与疾病的严重程度呈正相关;MG患者血清中抗AChR-Ab滴度较健康对照组显著增高,与Tfh细胞比例及IL-21水平呈正相关。结论:Tfh细胞参与了MG的病理过程,与自身抗体产生具有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of Tfh cells and IL-21 in the patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods:Fourty MG patients and 20 healthy controls were included in this study.The percentage of Tfh cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was examined using flow cytometry.The serous cytokines IL-21 level was measured by ELISA and the anti-human AChR antibody titre in serum was assayed by radioimmunoprecipitation method.The correlation analysis for the results was performed.Results:The percentage of Tfh cells and the IL-21 level increased significantly in MG patients and positively correlated with the QMG scors.The serous anti-human AChR antibody titre was significantly higher in MG patients than that in the healthy controls and was positively correlated with the frequency of Tfh cells.Conclusion:Tfh cells are involved in the pathological process of MG,and are tightly related to the production of autoantibodies.更多还原
