【Abstract】 General secretary Xi Jinping’s " Speech at the Forum on Literature and Art Work" is moistening the booming of China’s contemporary literary career in silence like " life-giving spring breeze and rain". Taking " the speech" as object of study,the paper makes a through analysis on it from the perspective of a literary and art worker.
