【Abstract】 Chinese culture has played a very important role in the communication of world culture. Life cultivation is the most important part of great Chinese traditional culture. Lao Tzu introduced the subject of universe " Tao" through his own practice experience. In order to better understand " Tao",this paper analyzes and clarifies the connection of " Four Big", " Four Changes" and " Eight Words" in Taoism and introduces the life cultivation and the main content of five essential aspects for practitioners: masters,practice method,money,fellow practitioners and practice location. Moreover,it also gets some insight into the secret of " Jindan" with expectation to contributing to the development of Chinese traditional cultural heritage.更多还原
