含2,3-二芳基-1-氨基环丙烷羧酸残基构象限制二肽的合成及晶体结构研究
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Conformation-constrained Dipeptide with the 2,3-diaryl-1-aminocyclopropanecarboxylic Acid Residue
【摘要】 以L-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐和2-对氯苯基-3-基-1-叔丁氧酰氨基环丙烷羧酸为原料,合成了含2-对氯苯基-3-苯基取代环丙烷氨基酸残基的构象限制二肽,利用X-射线衍射研究了二肽的晶体结构。
【Abstract】 Conformation-constrained dipeptide with a trans-2,3-diaryl-1-amino-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid residue was synthesized from L-phenylalanine methyl ester and 2-chlorophenyl-3-phenyl-1-tert-butyl-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid utilized the mixed anhydride methodology,and the crystal structure of dipeptide was studied by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.
