【摘要】 目的:制定医护一体化白内障"一日病房"护理路径,并探讨其运用价值。方法:将2015年1—6月的6 0例白内障患者设为对照组,采取常规管理方案;将7—1 2月的6 0例白内障患者设为观察组,采取医护一体化"一日病房"护理路径管理方案,比较两组患者平均住院时间、医疗费用、住院满意度、术后并发症发生情况及手术治疗效果。结果:通过开展医护一体化"一日病房"护理路径,观察组患者的平均住院时间和医疗费用均明显降低(P<0.05),住院服务满意度明显提升(P<0.05);两组患者手术后均未发生感染,术后的角膜散光度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:医护一体化"一日病房"护理路径是一种高效的管理模式,能够缩短白内障患者平均住院时间,降低医疗费用,提升住院满意度,在临床值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the medical integration "one-day ward" nursing pathway for cataract and explore its application value.Methods:60 patients with cataract from January to June 2015 were selected as the control group and received conventional treatment plan;60 patients with cataract from July to December 2015 were selected as the observation group and received the management plan of medical integration "one-day ward" nursing pathway;mean hospital stay,medical expense,hospitalization satisfaction and occurrence of postoperative complication were compared between the two groups.Results:Patients in the observation group had significantly shorter mean hospital stay and lower hospitalization expense than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the hospital service satisfaction among patients in the observation group was obviously higher than that among patients in the control group(P<0.05);there was no eye infections in the two groups,and there was no significant difference of corneal astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:By carrying out the medical integration "one-day ward" nursing pathway among patients with cataract,the length of hospital stay of patients could be shortened,their medical burdens could be reduced and their satisfaction towards nursing service could be improved,thus the medical integration "one-day ward" nursing pathway was worth being further popularized.更多还原
