【Abstract】 Educational Informationization has become the main theme of the reform and development of education in high academies. The deepening reform of college English teaching requires an all-round integration of modern information technology,of whose indicators the teachers’ educational technology ability is a very important one. Investigation data about educational technology ability of college English teachers from three colleges in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province demonstrates that 1 the hardware facilities of modern educational technology in colleges are improved,but there is a shortage of excellent teaching resources; 2 College English teachers have strong awareness and substantial knowledge of modern educational technology but are weak in operational capacity and their level of educational technology application in teaching is rather low.更多还原
