【摘要】 罗知悌是宋末元初医家,也是金元四大家之一朱丹溪的老师。罗氏上承刘完素、张从正、李东垣三家之学,下启丹溪学派之先河,著有《心印绀珠》和《罗太无口授三法》两部医著,然前者业已亡佚,后者仅以抄本形式流传于世。《罗太无口授三法》分述中风、伤寒、暑病、瘟疫等内科杂病及妇人胎产前后诸疾证治,共五十六门、九十余证。每一病证按证、因、脉、药依次论述,简明切要。罗氏临证制方用药,灵活变通,习先贤之法,但不拘泥古方,言"遵仲景方法,然变态百端,不能悉举,仔细详之"。更多还原

【Abstract】 LUO Zhi-ti, a doctor between late Song dynasty and early Yuan dynasty, was also a teacher of ZHU Dan-xi who was known as one of four celebrated doctors in dynasties of Song and Yuan. Not only Dr LUO inherited three schools by three doctors including LIU Wan-su, ZHANG Cong-zheng, LI Dong-yuan, but also he innovated the beginning of Danxi’s school. Two books were written by Dr LUO: Xin Yin Gan Zhu and Luo Tai Wu Kou Shou San Fa. Although the former was lost, the later one was wide-spread by hand-writing copy. In this book, there were 56 categories within over 90 internal cases such as stroke, Typhoid, summer stroke, plague,pregnancy and obstetrics etc.. Each case was concisely discussed by sequence of syndrome differentiation, causes, pulse, and medicinal herbs.It suggests that Dr LUO was talented at inheritance and innovation with flexibility in his diagnoses and prescriptions, which was said that he followed ZHANG Zhong-jing’s ideas while others keep studying on his various changes without examples to demonstrate.更多还原
