运动与饮食干预诱导男性肥胖青少年的身体形态、身体成分及氧化应激的变化

【摘要】 为分析运动结合饮食干预对男性肥胖青少年身体形态及氧化应激的影响,以男性肥胖青少年20名为实验对象,另以5名同龄男性肥胖青少年为对照。实验组进行3次/天,6天/周,持续4周的综合运动+饮食干预,对照组不做任何干预。实验前后测试分析身体成分、身体形态及氧化应激等指标。发现,实验组干预后体质量,BMI和瘦体重下降12.43%,13.51%,5.83%(P<0.05),体脂量和体脂百分比下降25.05%,14.52%(P<0.01),躯干和四肢脂肪量下降24.99%,23.98%,25.65%,23.94%,25.41%(P<0.001);腰围、臀围、腰臀比、大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、前臂围分别下降14.04%,7.52%,9.18%,7.57%,4.35%,10.96%和4.03%(P<0.01);PC含量(1.13±0.13nmol/mgprot vs.0.99±0.11nmol/mgprot,P<0.05)和T-SH含量(0.38±0.04mmol/L vs.0.33±0.06mmol/L,P<0.01)显著下降,MDA水平未见明显改变(P>0.05),抗氧化酶SOD(69.16±9.54U/ml vs.75.63±5.01U/ml)和GPx(198.82±12 29.99U/ml vs.224.14±46.32U/ml)活性显著增强(P<0.05),而对照组各指标未见明显改变。可见,4周干预诱导出男性肥胖青少年身体形态、身体成分的显著改变及抗氧化能力的显著增强等积极效应,可能是一种值得推荐的减肥方式。

【Abstract】 To analyze effects of exercise coupled with dietary intervention on body shape and oxidative stress in obese adolescents,20 male obese adolescents were selected as the subjects,while another 5male obese adolescents as a control.In the experimental group,3times/day,6days/week,4weeks of exercise plus diet intervention were implemented,while the control group had no intervention.Body shape,composition and oxidative stress biomarkers were examined before and after the intervention.The results showed that a significant decline of 12.43%,13.51%,5.83% were observed in body mass,body mass index and lean body mass,and body fat mass and percentage of fat mass declined with 25.05%,14.52%,respectively.And body fat mass in trunk and four limbs significantly declined(P<0.001).Waist and hip circumference,waist/hip ratio and circumferences in four limbs decreased with 14.04%,7.52%,9.18%,7.57%,4.35%,10.96%,4.03%,respectively(P < 0.01).Protein carbonyl(1.13±0.13nmol/mgprot vs.0.99±0.11nmol/mgprot,P<0.05)and T-SH(0.38±0.04mmol/L vs.0.33±0.06mmol/L,P<0.01)levels were distinctively reduced.No significant changes in MDA levels(P>0.05)were found.The activities of 2antioxidant enzymes,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase,were remarkably enhanced.But the control group had no obvious changes.It was concluded that 4-week intervention inducedsome beneficial effects in obese subjects,such as weight loss,body shape change and antioxidant capacity increase.And this could be a recommendable weight loss prescription.
