【摘要】 我国现行通过政府或者体育主管部门对金融机构出台体育产业信贷政策的实践是不可持续的。体育产业信贷政策管理未纳入中央银行宏观调控体系、中央银行现有信贷政策管理手段不足、宏观调控综合协调法律制度缺位以及政策性体育金融机构的缺失都制约着我国体育产业信贷的发展。从经济法的视角,应在厘清信贷政策管理权的法律性质和运行原则的基础上,构建符合我国国情的"一体两翼"的体育产业信贷政策法制体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current mode that the government or sports administrative department issuing sports industry credit policy to the financial institutions is unsustainable.The management of sports industry loan has not been included in the central banks’macroeconomic regulation and control system.The existing administrative means of the central bank is inadequate.In addition,the comprehensive coordination legal system of macroeconomic regulation and control has not been established.The lack of sports bank has restricted the development of sports industry loan.Seen from the view of economic law,it is urgent to build the sports industry credit policies legal system with"one body and two wings"in accordance with China’s national conditions on the basis of clarifying the legal nature and operational principle of the credit policy administrative power.更多还原
