【摘要】 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,以我国网球运动员为研究对象,对国内网球运动员的社会保障现状与举措进行深入研究分析,发现如下问题:社会保障层次不均衡、社会保障体系可操作性不强、退役后安置困难重重等。据此提出了提升网球运动员自身保险意识、扩大网球运动员社会保障范围和推动网球运动员再教育环节等三大举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 By taking the methods of literature review and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation and measures of the Chinese tennis players’ social security taking Chinese tennis players as examples, and finds out the following problems: the social security level is not balanced, the social security system operability is not strong, retired resettlement difficulties, etc.,according to which, this paper puts forward three measures such as improving the tennis players’ own insurance consciousness, expanding the scope of tennis athletes’ social security, and promoting tennis players’ re-education.更多还原
