【摘要】 目的构建一套符合当前形势、科学合理、操作便捷的城市社区卫生服务机构绩效评价指标体系。方法运用文献分析法建立备选指标库,经过两轮专家咨询建立评价指标体系并运用主观加权法与比例分配法确立各指标的权重。结果确定了3个一级指标、16个二级指标和67个三级指标的社区卫生服务绩效评价指标体系,并赋予各指标权重。结论该绩效评估指标体系的构建为社区卫生服务机构的绩效评价提供了科学、可靠的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the performance evaluation indicator system for community health service. Method Literature analysis method was used to establish indicator library. The evaluation indicator system was established after two rounds of expert consultation,and the weight of each indicator was established by using the subjective weighting method and proportional distribution method. Result The performance evaluation indicator system for community health service institutions includes three primary indicators,16 secondary indicators and 67 third- grade indicators,and the weight of each indicator was established. Conclusion The Establishment of performance evaluation indicator system provided scientific and reliable tool for performance evaluation in community health service institutions.更多还原
