【Abstract】 Problems in hospital safety culture construction included missing top- level design,lack of job security of medical staff,poor support on safety culture,etc. In the JCI certification process,hospital safety culture was constructed from four aspects,including the establishment of security management structure with the core of quality,the establishment of standard procedure with measurable precondition,the establishment of issue- oriented continuous improvement mechanism,and the establishment of safety culture atmosphere with the basis of high degree identity of employee.更多还原
