【摘要】 目的调查深圳市医院护理质量管理知识的认知现状,为护理质量管理提供依据。方法对深圳市148家医院采用分层随机抽样方法,选取各层级医院共15所,采用自行设计的调查问卷对15所医院共700名护士进行问卷调查。结果护理质量管理知识认知均存在不同程度的盲点,对护理质量管理8个维度、54个条目的认知度程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理知识认知现状调查结果可为护理质量管理提供改进目标,提高护理安全质量,降低护理不良事件发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of knowledge on hospital nursing safety quality management,and provide evidence for nursing safety quality management. Method A total of 15 hospitals from different levels were selected from 148 hospitals in Shenzhen by using stratified random sampling method. A self- designed questionnaire was used for survey on 700 nurses in the 15 hospitals. Result Nurses had different degrees of blind spots on knowledge of nursing safety quality management. Their cognitive status on the 54 items,eight dimensions of nursing safety management were different( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The results on status of knowledge on hospital nursing safety quality management can provide improvement target for nursing safety management,which could improve the quality of nursing safety,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse event.更多还原
