【摘要】 目的了解陕西省166家医院优质护理服务长效机制的建立及实施情况,为进一步深化陕西省优质护理内涵提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法对陕西省166家医院进行问卷调查。结果陕西省166家医院中,95.18%已建立优质护理服务长效机制。问卷9个维度评分与期望值相比均有显著差距(P<0.05)。166家医院优质护理落实较差的前3位依次是护理人员福利待遇、护理信息化建设和护理垂直管理体制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the establishment and implementation of long- term mechanism of high quality nurse care in 166 hospitals in Shaanxi Province to provide a scientific basis for the further deepening of high quality nurse care connotation. Method The stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 166 hospitals in Shaanxi Province for questionnaire survey. Result Among the 166 hospitals in Shaanxi Province,95. 18% of hospitals had established long- term mechanism of high quality nurse care. Compared with the expected values,the scores of nine dimensions of questionnaire had significantly difference( P < 0. 05). Among the high quality nurse care in 166 hospitals,the three top ranks for poor implementation were nurses’ benefits,nursing care informatization construction,and nurse vertical management system.更多还原
