【Abstract】 Adverse events of blood transfusion are existed as a factor influencing blood transfusion effect. Based on the blood transfusion quality,following the links of blood transfusion,it is necessary to establish unified blood early- warning mechanism.The study discussed the macroscopic strategy and measures on establishment of blood early- warning mechanism,and data collection and training after the establishment.
