脉冲涡流激励信号参数对检测能力的影响

【摘要】 脉冲涡流检测方法是近年来发展起来的一种新型无损检测技术,检测时激励信号的参数选取对检测结果有一定影响。首先基于频域叠加法开发了脉冲涡流信号的快速算法;然后,分析了脉冲涡流激励信号的基频、占空比以及脉冲上升和衰减时间变化对检测灵敏度的影响,并从激励信号的频谱特性角度分析了原因,且给出了基频和占空比的选定原则。

【Abstract】 Pulsed eddy current testing(PECT)is a new nondestructive testing technology developed in recent years.Selection of appropriate parameters of excitation signals for PECT method has important effect on pickup signals.In this paper,the efficient numerical solver of PECT is developed based on frequency domain summation method at first.Then,the influences of fundamental frequency,duty ratio,pulsed rising time and falling time on detection sensitivity are investigated.In addition,the reason of the influences is analyzed from the viewpoint of frequency spectrum characteristics of excitation signals.Finally,the principle of how to choose appropriate fundamental frequency and duty ratio is proposed.
