【Abstract】 The outpatient electronic medical record is an important part of the hospital information system. To optimize outpatient treatment process and provide convenience for the patient, a set of safe, reliable, flexible and efficient intelligent outpatient electronic medical record system was built by using computer technology. It is advantageous to the coordination between departments, real-time audit of outpatient prescription and beforehand control of drug rational use because of the information interoperability.
