【摘要】 目的利用移动护理信息系统PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)时间确认、宣教和统计功能,依托PDCA循环管理理念,针对微生物样本缺陷原因进行分析,不断优化采集前流程,来降低检验样本缺陷率,提升检验全面质量管理水平。方法选取该院病区2015年5—10月集中采集送检微生物样本,用PDA进行宣教、采集时间确认,用PDCA循环进行监管前后,微生物样本缺陷率、样本送检时间超时率、PDA规范使用率,分析比较。结果 PDA和PDCA循环相结合后微生物样本缺陷率、样本送检时间超时率明显下降、PDA规范使用率上升。结论 PDA和PDCA循环相结合完善了检验质量管理体系,保证了样本质量,为检验质量管理提供了一个新手段,使全面实现检验质量管理成为可能。同时PDA规范使用率上升,准确记录了采集、宣教时间和数量,为护理绩效管理提供了量化依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the shortcomings causes of microorganism samples based on the PDC circulation management notion and the determination, education and statistical functions of PDA and constantly optimize the process before collection to reduce the shortcomings rate of test sample and improve the test overall quality management level. Methods The submission microorganism samples in the ward in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2015 were selected and the education and collection time was determined by PDA, and the shortcoming rate of microorganism samples, timeout rate of sample submission time and standardized use rate of PDA before and after the supervision of PDCA circulation were analyzed and compared. Results The shortcoming rate of microorganism samples and timeout rate of sample submission rate of PDA combined with PDCA circulation obviously decreased, and the standardized use rate of PDA increased. Conclusion The PDA and PDCA circulation improves the test quality management system, ensures the sample quality, provides a new method for test quality management and makes the general realization of test quality management possible, at the same time,the standardized use rate of PDA increases, and it accurately records the collection and education time and amount and provides quantized basis for nursing performance management.更多还原
