【摘要】 目的分析讨论临床路径护理应用在糖尿病患者管理中的临床效果以及相关价值。方法该组选择2014年1月—2016年8月在该院接受治疗的92例糖尿病患者作为观察对象,分为对照组和试验组,每组46例。其中,对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组采用临床路径护理方法。结果试验组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间、生活质量以及住院费用等情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的总满意度为78.26%,试验组的总满意度为95.65%,试验组患者的护理满意度明显高于比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理应用在糖尿病患者管理中疗效显著,不仅增强了护理人员的工作责任感与积极主动性,确保了护理工作的系统性及连续性,还降低了事故差错发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect and related values of clinical paths in the management of diabetes. Methods 92 cases of patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to August2016 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing method, while the test group adopted the clinical path nursing method. Results The incidence rate of complications, length of stay, quality of life and hospitalization expenses in the test group was obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance, P<0.05, and the total satisfactory degree in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of clinical path nursing in the management of patients with diabetes is obvious, which can not only increase the working responsibility sense and enthusiasm of nursing staff, ensure the systematicness and continuity of nursing work and also reduce the incidence rate of accident errors.更多还原
