【摘要】 鼻肠管是一种无创伤、安全高、有效的肠内营养补充方式,此种方法能够有效防止肠内细菌和内毒素移位,增强肠道粘膜的抵抗力、维护机体免疫能力,能有效缓解危重患者的病情恶化程度、并减少其相关并发症发生率,能够使其达到营养需求,如何将鼻肠管肠内营养方法更完善地应用于临床实践中,还需要广大医护人员再进行更深人的研究。该文对鼻肠管的适应证和置管方法进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nasointestinal tube is a no-trauma,high-safety and effective enteral nutrition supplement way,which can effectively prevent the replacement of intestinal bacteria and esotoxin,enhance the resistance of intestinal mucosa,maintain the body immunity,effectively relieve the disease deterioration degree of severe patients,reduce the incidence rate of related complications and make them reach the nutrition demands,how to better apply the nutrition method in the nasointestinal tube to the clinical practice needs a deeper research by the massive medical staff.更多还原
