【摘要】 目的依托齐齐哈尔医学院三所附属医院和齐齐哈尔市第一医院的临床资源,建立一个系统的、规范的乳腺癌组织标本库,为临床和科学研究者提供合适数量的肿瘤标本,从而促进乳腺癌发病机理的研究。方法收集乳腺癌患者手术切除后的新鲜肿瘤组织,包括肿瘤组织1.5 cm距离的癌旁组织、肿瘤组织和距离肿瘤组织>5 cm的切缘远端非肿瘤组织以及肿瘤患者的全血和血清/血浆标本。采用一套信息管理体系对于标本进行管理,所有的标本及其相关临床信息资料均录入数据库,可随时调用和查询。结果从2012年6月创建至2015年3月,共收集261例乳腺癌患者新鲜组织;全血和血清共1 989份,全套标本者176例。结论建立了一套系统的,具有一定规模的乳腺癌组织标本资源库,形成了规范的管理办法和建设规划,为今后乳腺癌的基础与临床研究提供物质与信息资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a systematical and standardized breast cancer tissue specimen bank based on the clinical resources of Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical School and Qiqihar First Hospital and provide a suitable number of tumor specimens for clinical and scientific researchers thus promoting the research of breast cancer pathogenesis. Methods The fresh tumor tissues of the patients with breast cancer after resection were collected, including the peritumoral liver tissues at 1.5cm from the tumor tissues, tumor tissues and incisal margin distal non-tumor tissues at >5 cm from the tumor tissues and whole blood, serum/plasma specimens of the tumor patients, and the specimens were managed by a set of information management system, and all specimens and related clinical information data were input into the database, and could be invoked and inquired. Results From June 2012 to March 2015, 261 cases of fresh tissues of patients with breast cancer and 1989 pieces of whole blood and serum and 176 cases of full set of specimens were collected. Conclusion The establishment of a set of systematical breast cancer tissue specimen resource bank with a certain scale and formation of standardized management method and construction plan can provide material and information resources for the basic and clinical research of breast cancer in future.更多还原
