儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)的质量标准研究
Research on Quality Standards of Pediatric Cough Mixture(Ⅰ)
【摘要】 目的提升儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)的质量标准。方法改进儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)中甘草的薄层鉴别方法 ,采用平皿法和培养基稀释法对儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)中微生物限量进行检查,采用凯氏定氮法测定儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)中氯化铵的含量。结果二氯甲烷可以代替毒性较大的三氯甲烷作为甘草的薄层鉴别展开剂,且在日光下已能鉴别,不一定需要再在紫外灯(365 nm)下检视。培养基稀释法可消除儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用。氯化铵的加样回收率为99.54%,RSD为1.935%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,准确性高,可为儿咳合剂(Ⅰ)质量控制提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality standards of pediatric cough mixture(Ⅰ). Methods The thin layer distinguish method of liquorice in pediatric cough mixture(Ⅰ) was improved, the microbial limits were examined by the plates method and culture medium dilution method, and the content of ammonia chloride was measured by the Kjeldahl determination.Results Dichloromethane could replace the chloroform with bigger toxicity as the thin layer differential expansion agent of liquorice, and could be identified in the sunlight, and it was no necessary to be viewed under the ultraviolet lamp(365nm),and the culture medium dilution method could eliminate the bacteriostatic action of pediatric cough mixture(Ⅰ) on the bacillus subtilis, and the loading recycle rate of ammonia chloride was 99.54% and RSD was 1.935%(n=6). Conclusion The operation of this method is easy with high accuracy, which can provide reference for the quality control of pediatric cough mixture(Ⅰ).
