【Abstract】 Adenovirus pneumonia is a common respiratory disease in children, the severe adenovirus pneumonia is one of the important causes of severe pulmonary inflammation in children, in recent years, cases with severe adenovirus pneumonia has obviously increased compared with those before. In the course of practice clinical teaching of treatment of severe adenovirus pneumonia in children in the integrated TCM & western medicine department, we should exert the advantages of integrated TCM & western medicine and implement the following various strategies, consolidating the basic theory, help the interns establish clinical thinking, improve the operation skill of interns and practical level, guide the interns to fill in the medical records to enhance the diagnostic ability, conduct examinations when leaving the department to ensure the practice effect.
