【摘要】 目的探讨和研究儿童医院急诊重症监护病房开展护理临床带教的方法。方法以2015年7—10月间参加该院内带教培训的所有急诊重症监护病房专业护理人员120人为研究对象,选择科学的带教内容并加以应用,带教前首先对参加培训护理人员的护理技能和护理基础知识进行考评,带教3个月后再次评估然后观察临床带教的效果。结果在带教之后,护理人员在护理技能和护理基础知识方面得分分别是(81.93±4.97)分和(86.77±6.02)分,显著高于带教之前[(61.43±3.26)分和(69.39±5.46)分],护理人员在带教前后的护理技能和护理基础知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童医院急诊重症监护病房所开展的护理临床带教工作,能够提升护理人员的综合处理能力与增强整体素质,以利于其可持续发展,有很大的借鉴作用与价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and research the clinical nursing teaching method in the emergency ICU in the children’s hospital. Methods 120 cases of professional nursing personnel in emergency ICU with teaching training in our hospital from July 2015 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects, the scientific teaching content was selected and applied,before teaching, the nursing skill and nursing basic knowledge of nursing personnel participating in training were evaluated,and evaluated again after 3-month of teaching, and then the clinical teaching effect was observed. Results After teaching,the nursing skill score and nursing basic knowledge score of nursing personnel after teaching were obviously higher than those before teaching, [(81.93 ±4.97) marks,(86.77 ±6.02) marks vs(61.43 ±3.260) marks,(69.39 ±5.46) marks], and there were obvious differences with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion Carrying out clinical nursing teaching work in emergency ICU in the children’s hospital can improve the comprehensive handing ability of nursing personnel and strength the overall quality thus contributing to the sustainable development, which is of great reference value.更多还原
