【摘要】 目的实验室开放是实践教学改革的重要组成部分,也是培养专业人才的客观要求。实验室开放院系二级管理是高校教学管理的重要部分,院系必须建立实验室开放管理体系,完善实验室条件,才能实现人才培养目标。方法实验室开放管理方法没有统一固定模式,各高校均有自己的管理模式。了解其他学校的管理经验,依据本校自身特点和实验室实际情况,探索适合本校院系的管理模式。结果通过不断摸索、探讨,构建合适的实验室开放院系二级管理体系,优化实验室教学条件以达到培养学生能力的目的。结论完善实验室硬件条件、师资条件,建立合理的实验室开放管理制度和合适平台,可以实现实验室开放可持续发展,达到人才培养目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The open of laboratory is the important component of practice teaching reform and also the objective requirement of cultivating professionals, the secondary administration of open department of laboratory is the important component of university education administration, the department must build laboratory open administration system and improve laboratory conditions, only in this way can the talent training target be realized. Methods There was no unified and fixed model of the laboratory open administration method, every university has their own administration model, and we should explore the administration model suitable for the university department according to their own characteristics and practical conditions of laboratory by knowing the administration experiment of the other universities. Results We should formulate the suitable secondary administration system of the laboratory open department and optimize the laboratory teaching conditions in order to reach the goal of cultivating students’ competence by continuous exploration and discussion. Conclusion Improving the laboratory hardware condition and teacher condition and building rational laboratory open administration system and suitable platform can realize the sustainable development of laboratory open and reach the goal of talent cultivation.更多还原
