【摘要】 目的研究并分析在产科护理管理中实施人性化护理的效果。方法收集产科就诊孕产妇共186例,根据随机分配方案将其分为对照组(93例)和观察组(93例),对照组接受常规健康教育等护理干预,观察组接受系统健康教育等人性化护理,评价两组孕产妇焦虑和抑郁情况,并统计两组产妇并发症发生率及新生儿并发症发生率。结果观察组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇并发症率及新生儿并发症率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理管理中实施人性化护理科有助于改善孕产妇不良情绪,降低分娩风险,保障母婴健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the effect of humanized nursing in obstetric nursing management.Methods 186 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into control group(n=93) and observation group(n=93).The control group received nursing care such as routine health education.The observation group received human health education Nursing and evaluation of two groups of pregnant women anxiety and depression,and statistics of the incidence of maternal complications and neonatal complications in both groups.Results The score of anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The complication rate and neonatal complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Obstetric care management in the implementation of human care section can help improve maternal negative emotions,reduce the risk of childbirth,protect the health of mother and child.更多还原
