【摘要】 目的分析运用体外冲击波碎石治疗内镜术后残留结石的·临床治疗效果。方法选取141例患者经内镜手术后残留结石患者作为研究对象,所有患者均运用体外冲剂波碎石治疗,观察其临床效果。结果 141例患者中,62例第1次碎石成功后排出体外,50例患者第2次碎石成功排出,25例第3次体外冲击波碎石成功;共成功排出137例,总有效率为97 16%;4例失败,失败率为2.84%结论对于治疗内镜术后残留结石运用体外冲击波碎石进行治疗,是一种疗效较好,成功率较高、用安全的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of residual calculus after endoscopic surgery.Methods 141 cases of patients with residual calculus after endoscopic surgery were treated with external lithotripsy,and the clinical effect was observed.Results Among 141 patients,62 patients were successfully excreted in the first lithotripsy,50 patients were success fully discharged from the second gravel,25 cases of the third successful extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,a total of 137 cases of successful discharge,the total effective rate was97.16%,4 cases tailed,the failure rate was 2.84%>.Conclusion The use of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of residual stones after endoscopic surgery is a better treatment and a higher success rate with safe treatment.更多还原
