【Abstract】 The public of hospital’s information is one of the important measures that can strength the democratic management,enhance the transparency of decision-making matters,promote the development of honest departments and anti-corruption in hospital. This paper should focus on combining practice,putting forward to establish and implement"the five norms" and grasping"the five specific ideas and methods"which lead to building a better ordered info-public operation.
