【摘要】 目的探讨延续护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者生活质量及社会支持的影响。方法选取我院收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者81例随机进行分组,对照组(40例)行予以常规护理,观察组(41例)行延续护理,观察对比两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者社会支持总评分、各项生活质量指标对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理可有效改善脑梗死偏瘫患者的生活质量及社会支持状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients life quality and social support. Methods 81 cases of cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)was given routine care, observation group(41 cases),the continuity of care,observation of two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Two groups of patients with total score of social support,the difference was statistically significant compared to the quality of life index(P < 0.05). Conclusion The continuation of nursing status,quality of life and social support of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve worthy of promotion.更多还原
