【摘要】 目的分析Ⅰ类手术切口预防应用抗菌药物的使用情况。方法回顾分析我院收治的已出院200例Ⅰ类手术切口的患者预防性抗菌药物的使用种类、用药时机等情况。结果患者中预防用药者占60.50%;其中二代头孢使用率最高,占46.28%;术前0.5~1.0小时内预防用药者占85.95%。结论Ⅰ类手术切口抗菌药物的预防应用率偏高,用药过程整体存在偏差,需要改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the use of antimicrobial agents in the prevention of type I surgical incision. Methods The situation of prophylactic antibiotics about types of drugs,medication timing in 200 patients who had been discharged from hospital were reviewed and analyzed. Results Preventive medication accounted for 60.50%. Among them,the two generation of the highest utilization rate,accounting for 46.28%; preoperative 0.5 to 1.0 hours of the prevention of medication accounted for 85.95%. Conclusion The utilization rate of antibiotics in the operation of the first type of surgical incision is high,and there is a deviation in the process of drug use,which needs to be improved.更多还原
