【摘要】 目的对重度颅脑外伤患者治疗中的常见并发症以及对应治疗方式进行总结。方法随意选取本院在2008年1月~2015年12月所收治的重度颅脑外伤患者55例,对治疗期间各项临床资料进行整理与分析,对并发症情况进行观察。结果重度颅脑外伤患者在治疗中易出现多种并发症,本组患者存在呼吸功能不全14例、急性肾功能衰竭8例、高烧7例、外伤性癫痫11例、尿崩症11例,其它4例。结论重度颅脑外伤患者在治疗中并发症较多,将直接影响治疗效果,临床需要结合患者具体特点给予有效治疗,减小对患者的损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the common complications and the corresponding treatment methods in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods 55 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2015 were randomly selected,the clinical data of the treatment period were collected and analyzed,and the complications were observed. Results There were many complications in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. There were 14 patients with respiratory insufficiency in this group,acute renal failure in 8 cases,7 cases of high fever,traumatic epilepsy in 11 cases,11 cases of diabetes insipidus,and other 4 cases. Conclusion Patients with severe craniocerebral trauma have complications,directly affect the treatment effect. Clinical needs with the specific characteristics of patients with effective treatment to reduce the damage to patients.更多还原
