【摘要】 目的分析糖尿病门诊特殊病医保费用,为管理部门及医务人员有效控制费用完善政策提供依据。方法选取天津市医保网络信息系统中,城镇职工和城乡居民糖尿病门诊特殊病患者2010年1月~2015年8月的数据并进行统计学分析;对天津市10所一、二级医院5 979例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果糖尿病门诊特殊病鉴定人数和就医人数逐年增长、女性居多、城镇职工人群平均年龄高于城乡居民人群;糖尿病按人头付费人群医疗费高于门诊特殊病医疗费人群。结论开展参保人群的健康管理是降低糖尿病患病率和减少糖尿病并发症的关键,政府需要对糖尿病医保支付政策开展定量客观的效果评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of special disease diabetes clinic health care costs for management department and the medical staff to provide basis for effective control of cost perfect policy. Methods In Tianjin health care network information system for urban workers and urban and rural residents in special disease diabetes clinics from January 2010 to August 2015 data and statistical analysis. The first and second class hospital of Tianjin 10 questionnaire survey to 5 979 patients with diabetes. Results Diabetes outpatient special disease identification number and the number of medical treatment increased year by year,mostly women,the average age is higher than that of urban workers population of urban and rural residents population,diabetes capitation fee is higher than the population of medical outpatient special disease expenses crowd. Conclusion To develop the health management of the insured population is the key to reduce the prevalence of diabetes and reduce the complications of diabetes. The government needs to carry out quantitative and objective evaluation of the policy of medical insurance payment.更多还原
