【摘要】 目的探析PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月~2015年12月收治的56例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为28例,研究组采取PFNA治疗,对照组采取DHS治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组切口长度(4.2±1.1)cm、手术时间(66.3±11.6)min、出血量(235.6±40.2)ml、骨折愈合时间(10.2±2.5)周,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组优良率为92.86%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods In our hospital,treated 56 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into study group and control group from January 2011 to December 2015,each 28 cases. The study group took PFNA for treatment,the control group was to take DHS for treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The study group of incision length was(4.2±1.1)cm,the operation time was(66.3±11.6) min,the amount of bleeding was(235.6±40.2) ml,the healing time was(10.2±2.5)weeks,there was statistically significant difference compared with control group(P < 0.05). The excellent and good rate of study group was 92.86%,and there was significant difference between the control group and the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical effect is exact.更多还原
