【摘要】 目的探讨分析胺碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗快速心律失常的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的110例快速心律失常患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法将其分为联合组(碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗)和胺碘酮组(胺碘酮治疗),每组各55例,治疗结束后,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的心率以及不良反应发生率。结果通过对比发现,联合组患者治疗前后的心率优于胺碘酮组,不良反应发生率低于胺碘酮组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合美托洛尔静脉注射治疗快速心律失常的疗效确切,安全性较高,能有效的稳定患者的心率以及血压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmias. Methods 110 patients with tachyarrhythmias who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,combined group(amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous injection)and amiodarone group(amiodarone),each group of 55 cases. After treatment,comparative analysis of the two groups of patients,heart rate before and after treatment and adverse reaction rates. Results Through the comparison,the heart rate before and after treatment in the combined group was better than that in the amiodarone group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the amiodarone group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous injection in the treatment of tachyarrhythmias is significantly effective,safe,can effectively stabilize the patient’s heart rate and blood pressure.更多还原
