【摘要】 目的探究我院普外科非计划二次手术的原因,提出相应解决对策以提高手术医疗质量。方法选择我院2014年1月~2015年12月普外科收治的58例非计划二次手术患者,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果伤口裂开、手术区域出血、术后肠梗阻和术后瘘是导致非计划二次手术的主要原因;58例中绝大多数并非疑难重症患者,再次手术后预后良好。仅1例最终不治,治愈率达到98.28%。结论加强普外科手术规范操作和术后观察管理,是降低非计划再手术发生率的切实可行方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the reasons of the non-plan two operation in the department of general surgery of our hospital,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of operation. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015,58 cases in the Department of general surgery in our hospital,were treated with non planned Secondary Swrgery,their clinical data was retrspective analysed. Results Wound dehiscence,surgical bleeding,postoperative intestinal obstruction and regional postoperative fistula were the main cause,58 cases had no severe problems,and they got good prognosis after operation. Only 1 case ultimately did not cure,the cure rate reached to 98.28%. Conclusion The effective method to reduce the incidence of clinical analysis is to strengthen the operation and postoperative observation and management of department of general surgery.更多还原
