【摘要】 目的分析柔性管理对妇产科患者护理效果及满意度的影响。方法我院2013年1~12月采用常规护理管理方案,自2014年1~12月起实施柔性管理方案,统计两种管理模式下护士工作中的差错率和遭投诉情况。结果观察组护士差错率、遭投诉率均低于对照组;观察组患者对护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理用于妇产科护理管理中,可减少护理差错率和投诉率,提高患者护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of soft management in care benefits and satisfaction of obstetrics and gynecology patients. Methods Patients in our hospitalrecevied routine care management from January to December 2013,implemented soft management since January to December 2014,error rate and nurses work under two management modes statistical were compared. Results After nursing intervention,rate of nurse error and the rate of complaint in the observation group were lower than the control group,the quality of care scores in the observation groupwas higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Soft management inobstetrics and gynecology nursing management,can reduce rate of nurse error and complaint for obstetrics and gynecology patients,improve patient satisfaction with care.更多还原
