【摘要】 目的探讨氨磺必利治疗酒精所致精神障碍患者的效果。方法抽选酒精所致精神障碍患者89例随机分为两组,分别给予常规治疗(对照组44例)以及常规治疗+氨磺必利治疗(观察组45例),评估两组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(91.1%)、不良反应发生率(6.7%)与对照组(75.0%、38.6%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨磺必利治疗酒精所致精神障碍患者效果显著,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of amisulpride in the treatment of mental disorders caused by alcohol. Methods Selected 89 patients with alcohol induced mental disorders were randomly divided into two groups,were given routine treatment(44 cases in control group)and conventional treatment of amisulpride treatment(45 cases in observation group),to evaluate the effect of two groups of patients and the adverse reactions of patients in two group. Results The observation group patients’ treatment efficiency(91.1%),adverse reaction rate(6.7%)compared with the control group(75.0%,38.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).
