【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌的X线及CT影像诊断价值。方法选取我院于2015年6月~2016年5月所收治的食道癌患者80例为主要研究对象,均使用X线以及CT影像诊断,分析两种方式诊断结果。结果 X线对于早期食管癌的诊断阳性率高于CT检测,而在中、晚期的检测中,两种检测方式对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用X线以及CT技术能有效对食管癌进行诊断,而在早期患者诊断中存在一定局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of X-ray and CT imaging in the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the main research subjects. X-ray and CT imaging were used to diagnose and analyze the results of the two methods. Results The positive rate of X-ray for early esophageal cancer was higher than that of CT,while in the middle and late detection,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion The use of X-ray and CT technology can be effective in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer,and there are some limitations in the early diagnosis of patients.更多还原
