【摘要】 目的探讨艾拉-光动力疗法联合CO₂激光治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析78例CA,将其分为CO₂激光组（n=30）与联合治疗组（n=48）,联合治疗组患者采用CO₂激光去除显性疣体,然后采用ALA-PDT,每周1次,连续3次,CO₂激光组单用CO₂激光治疗,治疗结束后1个月、2个月、3个月各随访1次,观察末次随访两组患者的临床治愈率和复发率。结果联合治疗组患者治愈率为77.08%,激光组患者治愈率为33.33%,联合治疗组患者治愈率明显高于激光治疗组（P<0.05）。结论 ALA-PDT联合CO₂激光治疗CA优于单纯CO₂激光,可作为首先治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of CO₂ laser combined with ALA-photodynamic in treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods A retrospective analysis of 78 cases CA,which were divided into CO₂ laser group（n=30） and combined treatment group（n=48）. In combined treatment group,the dominant warts were firstly removed by CO₂ laser,then treated with ALA-PDT in combined treatment group,one times a week,for three consecutive times; And in CO₂ laser group,the CA were treated with CO₂ laser alone. The curative effect and the recurrence rate after treatment 1,2,3 months follow-up were observed,respectively. Results The cure rate of the combined treatment group was 77.08%,which was significantly higher than cure rate of the CO₂ laser group（33.33%）（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The method of CO₂ laser combined with ALA-photodynamic is better than that of CO₂ laser only,and that is the preferred method of treatment of genital wart.更多还原
