【摘要】 目的研究分析肝脓肿患者的CT特征,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法选取2009年8月~2010年7月我院的18例肝脓肿患者来分析,有男性患者11例,女性患者7例,患者年龄25~73岁,平均年龄(48.2±3.3)岁。为患者提供CT平扫及增强扫描,研究分析CT特征。结果共有15例单发和3例多发脓肿患者,平扫有7例患者的边缘模糊、低密度占位,使用动态增强扫描共有2例周边环形强化,3例周边多环状强化;6例患者的脓肿内观察到有气体存在,周边为不规则环形强化;有2例的平扫显示蜂窝状变化。多发脓肿患者中有3例是周边环形强化。结论 CT平扫和增强扫描对肝脓肿的诊断效果好,特征明显,可以应用于该疾病的诊断,提升诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of CT in patients with liver abscess,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods 18 cases of liver abscess in our hospital from August 2009 to July 2010 were analyzed. There were 11 male patients and 7 female patients. The age of the patients was 25 to 73 years old,the average age was(48.2±3.3)years. To provide patients with CT plain scan and enhanced scan,study and analysis of the characteristics of CT. Results A total of 15 cases of single and 3 cases of multiple abscess patients,plain scan has 7 patients edge blur and low density occupying,using dynamic enhanced scanning total peripheral ring like enhancement,3 cases of peripheral ring like enhancement,6 cases of abscess were observed in the presence of gas,surrounding the irregular ring enhancement,two cases of CT scan revealed cellular changes in 2 cases. 3 cases of multiple abscess patients were peripheral ring enhancement. Conclusion CT plain scan and enhanced scan in the diagnosis of liver abscess is good,obvious characteristics,can be applied to the diagnosis of the disease,improve the accuracy of diagnosis.更多还原
