【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with gynecological cancer for the first time chemotherapy. Methods 112 cases of gynecologic oncology for first chemotherapy patients were divided into study group(psychological nursing)and control group(routine nursing). Results After intervention,study group of anxiety,depression score,adverse reactions scores were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).
