【摘要】 目的探讨流程管理在给药管理中的实施效果。方法本院于2014年开始将流程管理的理念和方法引入到医院的给药管理中,并对病房口服给药和输液给药的流程进行重点改造优化,分析比较2013年和2015年的摆药差错率、医嘱差错率以及患者给药满意度。结果 2015年摆药差错率、医嘱差错率低于2013的摆药差错率、医嘱差错率,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年患者给药满意度高于2013年患者给药满意度(P<0.05)。结论流程管理应用于医院给药管理可以有效提高给药质量,降低给药差错率,保证患者安全用药,该管理方法具有极大的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of process management in drug administration. Methods The hospital in 2014 began the process management idea and method into the hospital to the management of drug and ward oral administration and infusion process for medicine to focus on the transformation of the optimization. Analysis compared 2013 and 2015 dispensing error rate,prescription error rate and patient administration satisfaction. Results In 2015,there was a significant difference in the rate of drug dispensing error rate,the error rate of doctor’s advice,the error rate of doctor’s advice,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)(2013). The satisfaction of patients in 2015 was higher than that in 2013(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of process management in hospital administration can effectively improve the quality of administration,reduce the error rate of drug delivery,and ensure the safety of patients,the management method has great application value.更多还原
