【摘要】 目的观察比较人性化护理与常规护理措施对哮喘吸入治疗患者的依从性和临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年9月~2015年8月收治的采用吸入治疗的哮喘患者116例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组58例,对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组实施人性化护理措施,比较两组的依从性以及临床疗效。结果研究组临床总有效率以及依从性分别为94.83%、87.93%,均高于对照组的79.31%、77.59%(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于哮喘吸入治疗患者可以显著的提高患者的治疗依从性以及临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare humanistic nursing care and routine nursing care for patients with asthma inhalation treatment adherence and clinical outcome. Methods 116 cases patients with asthma using inhaled treatment during September 2013 ~ August 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and control group,each group of 58 cases,routine nursing care in the control group,the study group carrying out humanistic nursing care measures,compliance of the two groups as well as clinical efficacy. Results Total efficiency and compliance of the study group are 94.83% and 87.93% respectively,are significantly higher than those in the control group of 79.31%,77.59%(P < 0.05).
