【摘要】 目的探讨自体髂骨混合同种异体骨打压植骨治疗股骨头坏死的短期疗效。方法选取我院收治的股骨头坏死患者26例(43髋),对其使用自体髂骨混合同种异体骨打压植骨的方法治疗。结果根据Harris评分,得出术后18个月患者髋关节功能改善情况优于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗股骨坏死使用自体髂骨混合同种异体骨打压植骨的方法,能够获得良好的短期疗效,可作为保髋治疗的合理方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of autologous iliac bone graft and allogeneic bone graft in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Methods 26 cases(43 hips) with femoral head necrosis in our hospital were selected and treated with autologous iliac bone graft combined with allogeneic bone graft. Results According to the Harris score, the improvement of hip function in patients with 18 months after surgery was better than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The method of treating femoral necrosis using autologous iliac bone combined with allogeneic bone graft can obtain good short-term curative effect,and it can be used as a reasonable plan for the treatment of hip.更多还原
