【摘要】 目的探讨老年人亚临床甲状腺功能减退对心血管系统的影响。方法选择我院治疗的老年人亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者150例,对其进行关于心血管系统的影响问卷调查。结果主要受到以下几种影响,有25例心肌收缩功能障碍,有45例血脂代谢紊乱,有50例冠心病,有30例凝血功能障碍。结论老年人亚临床甲状腺功能减退对于心血管系统有着较大的影响,需要采用合适的方法进行治疗,才能避免对心血管系统造成的伤害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism on cardiovascular system in the elderly. Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with subclinical hypothyroidism in our hospital were selected,and their effects on cardiovascular system were investigated by questionnaire. Results There were 25 cases of myocardial systolic dysfunction,45 cases of blood lipid metabolism disorder,50 cases of coronary heart disease,30 cases of coagulation dysfunction. Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism has a great influence on cardiovascular system,and it needs to be treated with appropriate methods to avoid the damage to the cardiovascular system.更多还原
