【摘要】 目的分析四君子汤合黄芪建中汤对于脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的治疗效果。方法本文的研究对象选用的是我院的脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者68例,随机分为两组,即对照组与观察组。对照组患者经黄芪建中汤治疗,观察组患者经四君子汤合黄芪建中汤治疗,一段时间后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者经四君子汤合黄芪建中汤治疗后的总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组单一四君子汤治疗效果62.86%,两组比较时差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论四君子汤合黄芪建中汤对于脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的治疗效果显著,可有效缓解患者的胃部虚寒体征,提高胃炎的病情好转率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the sijunzi decoction and huangqi jianzhong decoction on spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis treatment effect. Methods We selected a total of 68 cases of spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis patients in our hospital,the 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with the huangqijianzhong decoction,the observation group was treated with sijunzi decoction and huangqijianzhong decoction,after a period of time,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The observation of huangqi jianzhong decoction and sijunzi decoction in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency group after treatment,the total effective rate was 94.12%,significantly higher than the control group of 62.86%,the two groups was significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion Sijunzi decoction and huangqi jianzhong decoction on patients with spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis treatment effect,can relieve the patient’s stomach deficiency symptoms,improve the improvement rate of gastritis.更多还原
