【摘要】 目的通过对我院门诊西医妇科和中医妇科处方中抗生素、外用药以及联合用药使用情况进行统计分析,为我院合理用药提供参考。方法首先对用药量及用药频次进行数据统计,然后分析联合用药的合理性。结果我院治疗妇科阴道炎症所使用的抗生素中头孢地尼用药量及频次较大,甲硝唑片剂和栓剂联合使用频次多。结论我院外用制剂的单药使用较为合理,抗生素的使用趋于合理化而联合用药的使用存在一定不合理性,应在今后不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reference for rational use of drugs in our hospital,calculate and analyze the state of using antibiotic outside-drug and combination-drug in chinese medicine gynecology and western medicine gynecology of our hospital. Methods Collected the data of dosage and frequency. Analyzed the rationality of drug combination. Results The data of antibiotic,used in our hospital treatment of gynecological vaginitis,showed that the dosage and frequency of cefdinir is high,the frequency of combine metronidazole tablets and suppositories is high. Conclusion In our hospital,the use of single drug use is more reasonable,the use of antibiotics tends to be reasonable and the use of the combined use of drugs is not reasonable,should continue to improve in the future.更多还原
