【摘要】 目的分析个性化护理在白内障手术患者中的临床价值。方法随机将在我院接受手术治疗的白内障患者88例(88只患眼)分为两个组别,每组44例,其中接受个性化护理的患者为观察组,接受常规护理的患者为对照组。结果观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组降低,观察组患者术后未发生严重并发症,对照组术后并发症发生率11.4%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论于白内障手术中运用个性化护理,能够减少术后并发症的发生,缓解患者不良情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical value of individualized nursing in patients with cataract. Methods In our hospital,for surgical treatment of cataract patients 88 cases were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group,which received personalized nursing as the observation group,the patients received routine nursing as control group. Results After nursing,in the observation group of SAS score,SDS score were significantly lower than the control group,the observation group of patients with no serious postoperative complications occurred,11.4% incidence of postoperative complications in the control group,the two groups,P < 0.05. Conclusion In cataract surgery using individualized nursing care,can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,alleviate the negative emotions of patients.更多还原
