【摘要】 目的研究分析糖尿病合并甲亢患者的临床治疗方法和效果。方法根据2013年1月~2014年8月我院的112例糖尿病合并甲亢患者进行研究分析,对患者使用抗甲状腺药物和降血糖药物进行治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行观察分析。结果全部患者均接受3个月的治疗后,患者的各项症状和指标与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显效患者79例(70.53%),有效患者28例(25.01%),无效患者5例(4.46%),患者的总体治疗有效率是95.54%。结论糖尿病合并甲亢患者临床中在初步治疗时可以使用抗甲状腺药物和降糖药物治疗,对患者的甲状腺和血糖进行平稳控制,有助于患者的生活质量改善,临床治疗效果突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods In our hospital,112 cases of diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism patients from January 2013 to August 2014 to conduct research and analysis. Patients using anti thyroid drugs and hypoglycemic drugs for therapy,and the patient’s treatment was observed and analyzed. Results All patients received 3 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients with a greater improvement,the symptoms and indicators after and before treatment,there was significant statistical difference(P < 0.05). Markedly in 79 cases(70.53%),effective in 28 cases(25.01%),ineffective in 5 cases(4.46%),the total effective rate of the patients was 95.54%. Conclusion Diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism in patients can use antithyroid drugs and hypoglycemic drug for treatment,stable control of patients with thyroid and blood glucose,improving the quality of life of patients and clinical treatment effect more prominent.更多还原
